Genesis was our first coffee blend to be picked up by a coffee shop so it definitely has a special place in our hearts. The story of the "accidental" making of this coffee blend is quite comical but it was and is the BEST happy accident ever made! This coffee is great for coffee drinkers who love the darker side... it is great in a drip pot but it absolutely excels as an espresso!
