This Colombian bean is our absolute favorite so naturally we name it after our two favorite little (growing fast) people…our children!
 
Legacy is a Colombian bean with a little more punch over The Debut! This bean has flavor notes of bittersweet chocolate, caramel, almond and citrus (but don’t let that scare you off…it doesn’t taste like a lemon!) We roast this bean medium dark or dark and it is a fan fave for espresso!
